What is Vertical aftersales service?

Vertical is committed to providing you with quality products for all outdoor activities. All of our Vertical products are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase for any manufacturing defects (upon presentation of proof of purchase). Our team is committed to constantly improving its products and to develop them for better durability and optimum performance. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, Vertical is committed to responding to your requests as soon as possible.

Warranty - Repairs

In the event of refusal to accept a warranty claim, we will inform you of the reason for this refusal and when possible send you a quote for the cost of the repair.

The return of a defective product is subject to pre-authorization by our aftersales service, returned products must be clean. Otherwise, the product will be returned without processing.

Exchanges apply only to a new, unworn, unused, returned in original packaging with label attached, with proof of purchase.

Cancellation policy: You have 14 days to cancel your order from date of purchase.

Refund conditions: We will process your return within 30 days after the date of receipt of your products.
